Figure 1: Fascial thickening and haziness with soft tissue density noted in the right pelvic retroperitoneum extending along the right lateral pelvic wall (SUVmax 12.80); maximum thickness 19 mm. Haziness and fat stranding is noted in the adjacent mesentery and mesorectal fat. Biopsy from retroperitoneum did not show abnormalities. Final diagnosis was cutaneous small vessel vasculitis.
